This session will provide information on the importance and benefits of inclusion, an explanation of adapted physical education as well as some ideas and strategies for providing appropriate modifications and accommodations for students with disabilities in your general physical education class

Jennifer has been teaching physical education and adapted physical education for the past 24 years. Jennifer achieved NBCT in 2006 and a PhD in 2014. In addition to teaching adapted PE in Mesa, Jennifer teaches methods courses in physical education at Arizona State University.
